Share the vibe or the void? A matter of choice.

THE VIBE is the sharing of spiritual energy which results in a euphoric awakening of the soul. This type of metaphysical sharing commonly occurs between people whom are gathered in a space which does not impose the typical restrictions of the 'ordinary' world. The Vibe produces a connected energy within the souls of the participants in ways unexplainable to both science and society. The sharing which results from this connectedness is both telepathic and spiritual in nature. The Vibe, in full effect, can involve mortals and immortals, individuals and groups, and the natural and the supernatural. To understand 'the vibe' and its importance to not only the rave/club culture, but to everyone in most group settings, we must realize sharing energy is a spiritual experience which usually transcends worldly understanding. Often considered abnormal, 'the vibe' is 100% natural. It is our fear of connectedness and sharing Love which is actually abnormal.

Participants refer to unique sensations as the vibe when the journey involves either the sharing of positive energy OR the sharing of a negative void. In both cases, participants maintain these sensations are 'the vibe'. In reality, sharing the void is not healthy and should never be considered the vibe because this defeats the purpose of evoking spiritual sharing on this level. The vibe is about positive energy. It is an uplifting experience; a vibration or resonance of the soul. When grouped together in sharing positive energy, participants experience amazing results. The vibe can bring us closer to each other and to God in many ways otherwise impossible. These combined vibrations allow us to tune into the higher frequencies of our souls. Positive energy affords us growth and healing, while negative energy, or the void does just the opposite. Understanding the vibe and using it for growth is an exercise to differentiate the natures of good and evil. In order to grasp the concepts surrounding the vibe, we must let go of traditional ideas to often embrace the uncertain. A person can accomplish this feat by seeking to realize a few truths: first of all, we each have souls. The soul is actually the essence of who and what we are, although it cannot be measured or usually seen by most in this world. The human soul is here to learn and to grow. The supernatural soul dwells within a physical body here on Earth. The physical and the supernatural sides of ourselves appear to be born at odds with one another, but this is a misunderstanding. It is only due to the deceitful nature of this world that it seems difficult to join the 'two sides' into ONE. Embracing the void of deceptions and illusions only serves to alienate the two sides farther. Only in seeking to be as ONE do we find spiritual nurturing.

Another vital truth we must maturely embrace is the fact God really does exist. Although God is largely misunderstood and misrepresented, it is our personal responsibility to not only determine God's existence, but also God's intentions. While misguided religions run rampant in the world, God is neither misguided nor religious. God simply is. God is the embodiment of Love and Truth. God is the ultimate supernatural being Who created us in God's image. Thus, we are likewise supernatural beings, although we are infants. We must strive to realize God as a parent. Embracing this reality is quite difficult because to truly realize God in the here and now, we must usually let go of misguided worldly views taught by most religions and society in general. This stance causes conflicts within us, because we are fearful of being alone and shunned by others in this world. Understanding we are not alone regardless of our critics is a major step to reawakening the soul. Once the soul is awake, however, it requires courage and faith to hold onto our discovery. And with regards to this essay, only after embracing the reality of our souls and the reality of God, are we then ready for the next step towards maturely understanding and participating in the vibe.

A third and most difficult realization is to clearly embrace there exist both supernatural good and evil. While religion claims to definitively describe both good and evil, it falls short by not understanding the difference. Many religions tend to deny the existence of real evil altogether - which makes Christianity stand out clearly among religions as a revolutionary model.

The world views philanthropy as the proverbial good and faulty morality as proverbial evil. The world is blind. There is a vast disparity between original Christianity and modern practices of religion calling themselves Christian. Jesus Christ spent a great deal of time casting out demons and staving off supernatural evil - even so far as to face the 'wicked one' itself. Modern-day Christianity speaks of supernatural evil as if evil were a distant thing of the past. Most direct religious confrontation with evil is more Hollywood and hype rather than serious discussion and action. Subsequently, ignorance of our situation has birthed apathy and doubt in the arena of good and evil. Society in general fails to see the reality of this situation and shuns any real evidence of the supernatural. As a result, both religion and society discount the negative and destructive influences of the void. When we choose to NOT acknowledge truth, we thereby embrace illusions as reality; false prophets as true. And sadly, when we choose not to see, we embrace evil as good because we have never allowed ourselves to realize the differences.

When seeking to understand the vibe so we can actively participate in the sharing and elevation it can provide, we must be aware of the differences between positive energy and the negative void; we must be confident in our resources to overcome the void with positive energy; and we must be aware that evil forces can present themselves to us disguised as good.

Because the world accepts illusions, many people tend to discount the sharing of positive energy as nothing more than a lapse into fantasy; and at the same time the world tends to regard the void as the 'norm'. Regardless, those who have experienced positive vibe on a fairly consistent basis realize that state of elevation is truly amazing and the preferred, natural way of being. Standing against the world, however, and its accepted notions is difficult. The world embraces the void and if you don't 'go along with the crowd', the crowd will seek to make you feel ignorant or misguided. But to take a stand against apathy or illusions for the sake of positive energy is not only worthwhile but also extremely rewarding. It is the way.

Even if you are the only one 'in the crowd' who seeks to stand up for positive energy, the example you set is righteous. Holding your stand with faith and not backing down when 'the crowd' turns against you is heroic. The positive energy of the vibe is like an addictive drug rendering extremely healthy side effects. Once we understand the void has no real power over us, our goals of standing up for the positive energy of the vibe are quickly realized. Although negativity makes threats, positive energy is stronger beyond compare; and the progenitor of positive energy is God, who is the ultimate being.

To understand how positive energy is a vehicle for spiritual growth, we must look at what generates the vibe in our circumstances. We love music and we love to dance, and we love to be around others who love to do the same. The key word is love. From there we simply expand that love from within us to those around us, to the music, to the lights, to the encouragement and growth of ourselves and others. When we can take our minds away from the pursuit or drugs, sex or worldly concerns to simply focus on the moment and simply love everyone around us, we are actually helping to create the vibe.

When positive energy is summoned, there are usually many individuals sharing the experience, or at least many who may be open to sharing such an experience. At the rave or club, seemingly separated from the 'normal and mundane world', we can feel free to allow our souls to rise. The music and lights are a major catalyst for this experience. Therefore, the DJ and light technician are incredibly important when trying to focus your positive energy. Share your best with them. The varying frequencies of positive music help to nurture our souls, focus on the moment and to simply...love.

Conversely, there are also frequencies of music and lights which beckon only to shove your soul even deeper inside giving way to animal behaviors. Blind souls sometimes choose to give their energy unto unseen things and become hosts. And trends have developed where embracing the void is fashionable. The blind soul is like a battery. If an individual willingly chooses to go into the void, they will believe they are sharing positive energy. If the host is willing, that energy can be used to power wicked supernatural things. Evil steals the 'power' of the blinded soul and uses it to create illusions. That is why it is a thief. Making the host soul believe it's a powerful friend, evil secretly seeks to suck the soul dry. This is a very serious danger to those individuals who willingly choose the void. While you might not yet see things so plainly, you must understand the vibe can become a process in the spiritual battle of good and evil - because choosing the void is choosing evil and people of the light do not easily tolerate such choices.

The most important concept in seeking understanding is to realize we can and must make choices. If we desire only positive energy experiences, we must make the choice to help create them. Our ability to create positive energy is grossly underestimated by this world. Should we find ourselves in a positive vibe experience, we must make the choice to help sustain it or even amplify it by using every available resource. On the same note, if you should find yourself in a negative situation where a gathering is filling with the void, then you must make the choice to try and turn the situation around. Refusing to make a choice, leaving the situation, or just doing nothing, is in reality making the choice of fear and is allowing evil to continue molesting those souls around you. Apathy is only an acceptable choice in this world, but it is not an acceptable choice for your soul. With the awesome resources we have available to each of us, there is no reason to choose fear or apathy.

Sharing positive energy of the vibe can be a miraculous renaissance. It can enable us to share a soulful and connected experience in which we can truly transcend, if only for a few moments, the pain and deceptions of this world. When we engage the vibe, we elevate our souls towards the riches and treasures of Love and Truth. Seeking to perpetuate positive energy helps apathetic souls to eventually break free from the shackles of death. Positive energy is a medicine inducing lost souls to climb up towards the light. The positive sharing of the vibe is more than a whimsical fluke of fantasy, it is seeking to encourage and strengthen our LIFE FORCE.

Sustaining the vibe helps us build a bridge to GOD. By doing this we can come closer to the essence of Love than we ever thought possible.

"The actual concept of raves is not new - it is as old as time itself. At the base level, raves are very comparable to American Indian religious ceremonies, i.e. powwows, and also to the concept of the Shaman in Eskimo and Siberian society - where music is the key towards pulling oneself in to a unique emotional and psychological state, a state in which one experiences washes of sensations and visions, not delusions, but visions. Sounds very hokey in print, but I'm sure MANY of you out there know what I'm talking about. They hypnotizing effect of techno music coupled with the seamless transitions and thematic progressions of rave DJ's as the night progresses can be QUITE intoxicating, resulting in what could be closely compared to a religious experience. Music in general has always been able to sweep people off their feet, but what distinguishes raves are the concept of the shared experience...
