Exercise 7: (By yourself) Here's something for you to write about in your workshop journal. Write about your observations and feelings:

Step One: When you are alone, relax for a moment and clear your mind. Say a prayer for clarity, and think about your own inner feelings. Attempt to put any prejudice or anger away from your mind and think about how you truly, deeply, and secretly feel about other people. Try to put into words your feelings for others. What good characteristics do people have? Focus on the positive ONLY. How do you feel about others? What are they? Do they have souls? Are they lost children of God?

Step Two: The next time you are around a lot of people (like a rave or dance club), be aware of them. Take a moment to notice all of them. Do you know many of them? Probably not, but you are still connected to them. Truly, they are your brothers and sisters! Brothers and sisters? Imagine! We are part of a greater family. Look inside yourself to see if you have any love for this family around you. Would you be concerned if one of them were to get hurt that night? What if one of them were in a car wreck on the way home? How would you feel? Do they have joy and hope and love inside of them? Do you think they would be scared to feel the emotions you are trying to evoke at this moment? Are their most tender feelings important to you? When you get home, write down your observations and compare them with what you previously wrote. Did your observations change once you were around others? The strange thing about human beings is we tend to be selfish with ALL the love we can feel inside. We spend our lives looking for a single person to lavish our love upon. What would be wrong with allowing some of that love flow out of you...towards ALL of your brothers and sisters? Do you think these strangers could feel the same way you do inside, but are too scared to admit to this? Perhaps its time for someone to make a first move.

Have you ever allowed the tender, beautiful love you have inside to flow outward to your brothers and sisters?

 

THE FLOW

Generally, most things radiate a type of energy.  LIGHT is a type of radiant energy.  SOUND is also radiant energy.  The Spiritual Energy of the soul is a very common type of radiant energy, and is specific to the discussions here, although it differs greatly from Light or Sound because it is a living energy and is part of what could be called the Flow. The energy of a human soul can manifest in many ways, usually limited only by perceptibility and faith. Blind people inject anger, hatred, greed, and violence into the flow, while a few others strive to input love, forgiveness and patience. God radiates energy, as do those in the family of Love. Their energy is largely supernatural to this world, and is difficult for people to discern at times. Still, it is real energy. In fact, God's energy should be considered as the source of the flow.

There are also many things which do not radiate any energy at all, rather they absorb energy or are completely inanimate. The bible calls this 'dead' and is usually referring to wicked people who have become separated from their bodies and who were separated from God and the flow by the choices they made. Despite all opportunities to embrace the positive and be open to Love, they willingly traded away Life for death. The things known as supernatural evil also do not possess a source of energy, nor do they radiate their own energy. They must steal it from the flow. Any being which chooses to be fully separated from the source of the flow, God, simply does not posses any type of radiant energy. In this essay, when spiritual energy is referred to, it is ONLY that which is in the flow - God's energy and the energy of His family, and of His children, humanity.

Spiritual energy flows everywhere...all the time. There is a vast network of energy resonating through creation and originating from all that is good beginning within God. This energy network comprises Life and allows us to increase our perceptibility and communication to others and the supernatural. This network enables us to experience healing, growth and sharing on many levels. In this sense, we can eventually become part of the one.

In the dynamics of the flow, however, there dwell thieves: not all things have energy because of choices made to separate from the source of the flow, God. Supernatural evil steals energy and reflects it; creating the illusion of possessing an energy source. Because of this theft, there are places where spiritual energy will not flow, like the bends of a river. By choosing to separate from God, both humans and supernatural things choose emptiness and darkness. This is what gave birth to evil. Once separated, they found themselves also separated from the source of Life, itself, and seek to do anything to steal energy because it is the energy of Love which gives nourishment to Life, itself. Since lost human souls didn't have the intelligence in Life to make the choices for Love, they do not have the knowledge in Death to comprehend the relevance of energy. Thus, it is not the 'dead' humans who are thieves of the flow; rather it is supernatural evil who once dwelt with God and do posses the knowledge of what the flow is about, and how they can steal it to nourish their hate.

It is very important to distinguish between what energy feels like and what the lack of energy feels like. Many people don't know the difference, nor do they choose to even try and understand why this is important. In reality, not trying to understand the differences could mean spiritual life or death. There are physical sensations we can associate with the feeling of energy and the feeling of the void. Your investigation of this matter is invaluable. You will discover people who actually believe evil to have great power. Based upon what you learn in truth, you will find these ignorant people are mistaking the void for the flow. Since evil steals energy from foolish and wicked human souls, the power 'it' possesses is an illusion and a lie. Your ability to see this will be invaluable to your own defense and proliferation of the truth.

Supernatural beings readily assume a shape or form in order to interact with us in this realm. The 'dead' usually can not. If the supernatural being is positive, they don't need your assistance to manifest. If the supernatural being is negative, it will require your fears and your belief and your energy to manifest. This is why the previous workshop dealt so strongly with you knowing your fears and overcoming your doubts, which will help give rise to faith and truth. The only thing to truly fear is fear itself.

Even though it is highly debatable if people are good, the core nature of the soul is good regardless of the mindless actions of an individual; and regardless of how much an individual seeks to kill their soul. Until a final choice is made, the soul of even a very wicked person can be found to resonate weakly within the power network of good energy. Until death, salvation is always an option for even the most wicked of people. But it is they who must take the first steps. This is why our battle here is so vital.

As discussed previously, energy originates from the source of the flow, which is God. Energy also radiates from those in God's family and His children, humanity - it is their birthright. Within the dynamics of the flow, God's creation is interconnected and can demonstrate bends and turns, like the windings of a river. This is also why we can experience what seems like floods of energy at times and really 'dry' environments which seem to have but a mere trickle. There are places where the flow does not flow due to darkness. The Light was separated from darkness and does not exist there. And there are many things we do not ordinarily consider as having a connection to the flow - such as Life, itself. Many religions around the world seem to recognize intricacies of the flow, yet do not acknowledge or apparently see the theft which occurs within it. Because of this, the flow is compromised by those whose very birthright gave them access - humanity.

 

 

Exercise 8: (By yourself or with a friend) Based upon the lessons of this workshop so far, which things listed below have spiritual energy from a natural connection to the flow, and which things do not?

Hints: Based upon this workshop, inanimate objects do not have any spiritual energy of their own, nor does any being which has separated from God. Beings which have separated from God steal energy in order to give the illusion of power. While it is highly debated if earth's living occupants (plants and animals) have their own energy, we tend to usually conclude they are a part of the greater whole and therefore share in the flow of God's energy. Rocks and other inanimate objects do not really possess any measurable level of spiritual energy. The odd numbered items are examples of things which do not possess spiritual energy, and some of those examples are beings which must steal energy from the flow in order to sustain themselves. The even numbered items do have spiritual energy, beginning with God. By all means research this material yourself. Since you must make your own choices, I encourage you.

 

 

Moving mountains and
helping to heal your family

 

Sharing energy with others is a natural and healthy aspect of the flow. This allows us to share in God's love and truth, to help separate light from darkness, and to help heal others around us who are in need. This also allows us to ascertain knowledge we would not otherwise be able to find. The truth already exists, so it is our ability to receive it which must be reconciled. Since the world is a very dark place, we must be willing to shine our light in order to attract more light, and in order to overcome darkness which can exist around us. Sharing love with others is probably the most important reason we are here, at this moment in time. In addition, sharing love with God does more than you realize.

Your soul is a source of radiant energy. Within you is a power which you do not understand, I don't care who you are, you do not fully understand your potential in Love while living in this world. Although your soul is a radiant source of energy, it can not compare to the source of energy, God, nor would you be able to function without Him. Our relationship to God is much like a symbiotic relationship, except God does not require us in order to live, yet we need Him in order to survive. We simply can not exist in Light or any semblance of Life if we are separated from God. What you have been given is a gift unlike any other. Within you is a supernatural being, who exists also in tandem with your physical being. While we use our physical body every day to perform tasks, few realize the capabilities of their souls to create, encourage, change, inspire, heal, and love. These words do little to describe the power sleeping within so many people.

Sharing energy, especially love, with others could be described as a metaphysical act which can not be scientifically measured. The act, itself, is done by the only tools we can relate to, which are our mental capacities. One example of sharing energy would be to visualize yourself as Light, within the flow of God's loving energy, and to mentally picture that Light washing out from you over others in gentle waves. While this action may sound very impotent, what would happen if you put all of your belief and power behind this action? In this way, we can begin to interact with the flow. The power of our souls, along with the power of the good Father, to make this seemingly mindful fantasy into a reality will astound you. Working from this premise, it is our lack of faith and imagination limiting our ability to interact with the flow and heal ourselves and others. From that point we can also begin to do more than heal and love, we can also help educate, inspire, encourage and motivate. The flow will connect energy of your soul with that of other people. Suddenly you will share things you never knew two or more people could share. This is again more than simply mindful fantasy, it can be a reality. It is our own fears and doubts which cloud our ability to share love energy with others. You will no doubt picture this differently in your mind, and/or use different words to describe this process. The only thing limiting you, is you. Thoughts do become reality.

How can you make a real stand using the power of your soul? Picture it. Imagine it. Believe it. This is done with visualization and self empowerment with devotion to Love. Tapping into the power of your soul to help create truly positive changes in our environment and taking a stand against darkness is actually a matter of faith (not only in God, but also in yourself).

Christ said "faith will move mountains" because empowering our beliefs can physical manifest change. Realize there can be nothing impossible in Love. The important things to consider in your attempting any feats of faith, however, are to realize you are not fully aware of ALL truth, nor do you likely possess the wisdom or grace to fully interpret the will of God. Nor do you possess the knowledge of God, who is a perfect being. Do not, however, allow this to hinder your efforts. You have forgiveness.

You are most likely a wonderful, loving individual, but you still do not fully understand God's plans, nor do you have the right to speak in the name of His will. You are the child, not the parent. While you do have a responsibility to take a stand for Light and to treat others as your brothers and sisters, you must make your choices carefully as to not take away importance from the will of your good Father. Those around you are likewise children, and quite possibly more lost than you realize. They may turn to you as a leader, but you must in-turn lead them to your leader. Your job is to assist; and while there may be a fine line to NOT cross in doing this, do not underestimate what you need to do. If your actions of faith are selfish, your faith may materialize something considerably less than you expected - which could lead to your own doubt, and birth inner futility. And if your actions of 'faith' are for evil purposes and you are a wicked individual, you will destroy yourself. The flow does not empower evil directly.

The reason we must seek His will is because we do not possess a complete understanding of truth, nor could we appreciate the repercussions of an ignorant action. We are also not righteous judges of other people. We must innocently seek to only use the power of our souls for that which is good or positive, lest you consciously risk going against the very Source of energy you are attempting to motivate with your faith and visualization.

Having caution and approaching your acts of faith with mature discernment and communication with God is responsible, but should not discourage you from passionately taking a stand for love or seeking to overcome darkness with Light. You do not need to be prefect, nor a Saint or a prophet to seek change in the form of a spiritual action with the power of your soul. Futility and apathy are far worse than an innocent action which may not be the precise will of God. We are allowed to make mistakes, and our over enthusiastic passions are forgiven more easily if our purpose is motivated by love; while a lack of action because of futility or apathy is not nearly as explainable. If a choice needs to made, you will discover no action is similar to the wrong action. Exactly what are wrong actions? Those motivated by greed or a desire to gain power over others for personal, material gain are excellent examples. Motivation for most any purpose other than to promote or protect love and truth are extremely foolish.

Other aspects of the flow could be the manifestation of your thoughts and visions of the process to include the love of God joining in your own radiant flow to help others or stand against evil. These are big words for focusing your mental energy to make things happen. Whether you picture a flow of white light, or a pulse of invisible energy, or whatever your mind can create, the result will be you seeking to actively tap into your soul.

 

 

Exercise 9: (By yourself or with a friend) During your next visit to a night club or rave party, try to learn the differences between "spiritual energy" and the "lack of energy". See what level of clarity you can obtain during the gathering. Can you feel spiritual energy? Can you feel the void? What do they feel like? What are the differences? Describe them.

After you are confident in feeling the differences between real spiritual energy and the lack of energy, attempt to share your own love energy:

• Once you feel spiritual energy at the gathering, attempt to enhance it and add to the flow with your own energy. Make it a night to remember and dance with Love!
  
  
• Allow your soul's energy to flow from you and wash over everyone and everything around you. Including the DJ's. Allow your own loving energy to help heal those around you. Can you feel the effects?
  
  
• If the spiritual energy subsides and the void appears, attempt to bring back the spiritual energy starting from within yourself. Allow plenty of time for this to happen.
  
  
• If the void seems to be getting 'stronger' no matter what you do and you are tiring, ask God for help.

A few tips to remember: It is always best to pray before attempting one of these fact finding or energy sharing missions. Ask God for guidance and support before you go out. Remember that while supernatural evil is a thief, it CAN'T steal energy that you are knowingly sharing for positive goals. In other words, a demon can't take the energy you give in good faith for love and healing, and then use that energy against you. Know that supernatural evil feeds on those who contribute to the void , NOT on those seeking to share the energy of Love. Fear not and you shall see.
